New home warranty inspections
New homes are great! but they too can have issues present. Sometimes items get missed, or overlooked and should be reported for completion. Also, a house can settle or move after being built and has had a few months to be lived in.
Home warranty inspections will inspect all accessible and visible components and equipment in your new home, to ensure that it has been built and finished to the standards accepted. Your options for new home warranty inspections include:
- PDI (Pre Delivery Inspections) which we do not perform.
- 30 day warranty inspections
- 1 year warranty inspection ( typically performed at 11 months)
