Payment is due at the inspection. Accepted forms of payment are: Cash, Personal cheque, Visa or Master Card.

Thermal imaging inspections can be ordered as a stand-alone inspection to investigate air or moisture entry into a building. The fee is $129/hr. A 2 hour minimum applies.

| 1,501 to 3,000 FT² | $350 | +$135 |
| 3,001 to 5,000 FT² | $400 | +$135 |
Additional fee over 5,000 FT² per 500 sq ft. or portion thereof. | $50. |

Single component inspections: Sometimes all you want is the roof, or the structure checked out. We understand that and charge $129 for a single component inspection. Additional components inspected during that visit will cost $45. Each.
All fees are subject to 5% GST.
